	Well, as I write this I actually have this overwhelming nauseous feeling in my stomach. The CAOs of the 3 Municipalities, who are to join the self imposed (to save their necks} audit committee of the YAIC, in my observations, appear to have been so heavily influenced by Mr. Frank Anderson, that the impropriety of this action, to me is apparent. The three municipal units, in my opinion............. have now simply dumped another $300,000.00 local tax dollars into a black hole in a backroom on Yarmouth's waterfront.

	Last year Yarmouth put on an ...Air Show.....dipping huge sums from the "River of Cash" ......Green...Nope...Deep into the RED...............Well, apparently the main event will be something to behold..... As a finale..... all the accounting documents and receipts for the past 10 years,of SWSDA and the Yarmouth Area Industrial Commission, will be dropped from a plane at 2000 feet....... In an effort to fulfill their pledge to see a "Forensic Audit", the new NDP Government will have Provincial Auditor General, Jacques LaPointe, collect what he can on the ground,..... members of the public are urged to turn in any paperwork they catch,.... a door prize will be drawn.... It is understood that Sheila Fraser,.... Federal Auditor General will also observe the event.... Stephen Harper may even be on hand. All and all, should be, quite a show.
